Morning prayer

Every morning, I try to pray about my day, before getting out of bed.  I want to be a good teacher, a good mother, a good wife, a good housewife, a good daughter.  So many things I want to excel at and yet it seems I always drop at least one of those balls, unfortunately.  That is why I need to pray about it!  It seems school always goes better if I have taken the time to pray about it.  I also need to pray more with the kids in our school setting.  I tend to get business-like and want them to get started on their schooling right away, but I bet they might be more focused and organized and motivated if we prayed at the beginning of each school day.  Now if I can just remember to implement that!  So please pray that I can!    

Welcome to my Prayer Blog

A foreign friend of mine, who apparently had never seen a blog, said, when he saw mine, "Oh, it's like a journal."  I had never thought of it like that, but he was exactly right.  Instead of writing stuff down in actual lined books, something for which I have always aspired and never done well, I can type on the computer which suits me much better.  And since I had always wanted to start a prayer journal, I thought I'd start a prayer blog instead.  If anyone actually reads this, please feel free to leave prayer requests or praises in the comments section.  I'd love to pray for you!
